All sales final. Purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Replacement Policy 

Please open and inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues, email us at linda@lindataynahza.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can best assist you. After 7 days, responsibility for all merchandise transfers to the buyer. 

Replacements are offered only for items that arrive damaged. To verify damage, send an email with: 

  • Clear photos of the artwork 

  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in 

  • A brief written explanation of the issue 

Original works following email confirmation, must be returned to the artist and will be reviewed and corrected on a case-by-case basis. 

Reproductions verified to have been damaged during shipping will be replaced at the artist’s expense. 

Shipping Information 

Most orders are shipped via USPS Standard within the contiguous 47 United States only. Shipping times may vary; most orders are received within 10–16 business days from the date the order is placed. 

All original paintings and prints are insured. Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided via a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout. 

Fine art prints are produced at the time the order is placed. Please allow 3–4 business days for production prior to shipping. 

Customer Conduct 

We are committed to providing kind, respectful customer service and ask the same in return. Messages containing threats, harassment, or abusive language may result in refusal of future service.

All images and their likenesses are protected under Copyright © law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
